For Even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God, or give thanks; but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, for they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature.
There is none righteous, not even one;
There is none who understands, there is none who seeks for God;
Their throat is an open grave….
Arise…o Lord…save me…o my God
Because of your stubbornness and unrepentant heart you are storing up wrath for yourself in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God.
Professing to be wise, they became fools, and just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper, being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, evil, full of envy, murder, strife.
There is none righteous, not even one;
There is none who understands, there is none who seeks for God;
Their throat is an open grave, the poison of asps is under their lips, their feet are swift to shed blood, and the path of peace have they not known. There is no fear of God before their eyes.
